Lecture titled Introduction to New EPC and Comparison between European an US patent system Successfully Held

          Sponsored by Shenzhen IP, co-sponsored by Shenzhen Patent Agent Association(SPAA)  and Shenzhen Truer IP,  a lecture titled Introduction to New EPC and Comparison between European an US Patent System was successfully held in the conference hall of the 2 floor of the Science& Technology Building on Jan 1.The lecture was hosted by Secretary General of SPAA. Deputy Director General of Shenzhen IP bureau, Mr. Wang Yan,  and the Section chief of the Patent Section of Shenzhen IP bureau, Mr, Gong Fuxing, attended the lecture. Dr. Ulla Allgayer, partner of German firm Kramer•Barske•Schmidtchen introduced in detail the important changes between the revised verion of EPC, EPC 2000 and the old EPC. General manager and partner of Shenzhen Truer IP, Mr. Jiang Yaochun lectured on Comparison between European an US patent system and also introduced on his practice experience in German patent firm Beetz & Partner. Tens of attendees including head of IP departments of famous companies, such as Hauwei, ZTE, BYD, and Mindray, as well as patent agents from IP firms, such as Shenzhen Zhongzhi Patent & Trademark Agent Co.,Ltd, Standard Patent & Trademark Agent Co.,Ltd, Lecome Intellectual Property Agent Ltd attended the lecture.
