In celebration of The Mid-Autumn Festival, the State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO), as well as China Truer IP will be closed from September 6, 2014 to September 8, 2014. Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department will be close on September 9, 2014.
Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. September 9, 2014(for CN applications) , and September 10, 2014(for HK applications).
