Due to upcoming holiday seasons in China, the State Intellectual Property Office of P. R. China (SIPO) as well as China Truer IP will be closed from February 15, 2018 to February 21, 2018 in celebration of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival.

Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD) will be closed from February 16, 2018 to February 19, 2018 in celebration of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. February 22, 2018 (for CN applications), and February 20, 2018 (for HK applications).
