In celebration of National Day, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), as well as China Truer IP will be closed on the following dates:

From October 1, Saturday to October 7, 2022, Friday.

HKIPD will be closed on October 1, 2022, Saturday.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. October 8, 2022 (for CN applications), October 2, 2022(for HK applications).
