In celebration of Chinese Traditional Spring Festival, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), as well as China Truer IP will be closed on the following dates:

From January 21, 2023, Saturday to January 27, 2023, Friday.

HKIPD will be closed from January 23, 2023, Monday to January 25, 2023, Wednesday.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. January 30, 2023 (for CN applications), and January 26, 2023 (for HK applications).
