In celebration of New Year 2026, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) , Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD) and China Truer IP will be closed on the following date:

CNIPA:From January 1, Thursday to January 3, 2026, Saturday.

HKIPD: January 1, 2026, Thursday.

Any official due dates that fall due within this period will be automatically extended to the next working day, i.e. January 4, 2026 (for CN applications), January 2, 2026(for HK applications) respectively.
